石油鉆桿短接絕緣涂層技術要求

1、絕緣件能要求：使用500V搖表測M絕緣值≥500Kohms。
1、Insulation requirements: measuring M insulation value 500Kohms with a 500V meter.
2、螺紋連接處可承受扭矩：45000N,絕緣涂層不破損。絕緣性能正常。
2、The threaded joint can withstand torque: 45000N, the insulation layer is not damaged.The insulation performance is normal.
3、外壁絕緣涂層有效距離要求：≥20mm,并且具有耐磨性。
3、Outer wall insulation coating effective distance requirements: 20mm, and wear resistance.
4、絕緣涂層涂覆耍求：內壁、外壁均噴涂。
4、Insulation coating coating: inner wall, outer wall are sprayed.
5、防水性能要求：螺紋連接處兩端設置防水裝置，防止打鉆用水進入螺紋處, 影響絕緣性能。
5、Waterproof performance requirements: both ends of the thread connection set waterproof device, prevent drilling water into the thread, affect the insulation performance.
6、絕緣短接使用壽命要求：井下循環時間不低于2000小時。
6、Insulation short life requirements: downhole cycle time not less than 2000 hours.
7、工具耐溫要求：可在200℃下連續使用。
7、Tools and heat-resistant requirements: can be used continuously under 200 ℃.
8、壓強壓差要求：能承受壓差15000psi。
8、Pressure differential requirement: can withstand differential pressure of 15,000 psi.
備注：
這些要求，除了500Ⅴ搖表測電阻外，其他我們都無法做，除非用戶具備條件，如扭矩。是裝配時要做的。至于2000h壽命無法檢測。所以這類活我們不好接，他們要試驗，我們只管按要求做涂層，裝配完了滿足絕緣要即可，其他要經過下井試驗。這是件很麻煩的事。上次有二個，搞了三四個月，最后沒有下井，白折騰了！
充分估計難度，這不是新東西，但技術上要求很高，不容易，如果他們有現成方案，我們配合，如果要求我們全包，沒有10~20W的試驗經費就別折騰
